What kind of equipment do we repair?


Do you charge for unrepaired equipment, or equipment that does not need repair?
The customer is only charged for what is repaired. This is a flat fee per repaired unit. There is no charge for unrepaired equipment.

What is SWG’s turn around time?
There is a 10 business day turnaround time from the day the equipment arrives for repair.

What is your standard repair warranty?
All repairs are warranted for 6 months. Surge and lightning damage are not covered under RMA warranty. Not all equipment is repairable. If a unit is deemed unrepairable it will be sent back along with the repaired equipment.

How do I send SWG a batch of equipment for repair?
Please send your SWG sales representative a spreadsheet with the MAC Address, Serial #, and any known issues with all the radios.

If you do not know what is wrong with the unit it is not necessary. Please mark as unknown.
